Search the Resource Database. Each service provider's table entry will provide you with her/his average rating in a number of categories, an overall average rating, and the number of times s/he has been rated. These ratings reflect feedback from referrals who (at least claim to) have used the service provider's services. I will do my best to monitor for people filing false and/or inappropriate feedback.
